Add and View and Attachment for a Service Ticket

1.Start from the screen of the Service Ticket you'd like to add an Attachment to.

2.Click the Add New button.

3.The drop down menu will display the Activity options. Select the Attachment option.

4.The Attachment dialog window will display. Enter Attachment info and click the Upload button.

5.The newly added attachment can be viewed at the sidebar at the right side of the screen.
