1.Start from the screen of the Service Ticket you'd like to create a Meeting for.
2.Click the Add New button.
3.The drop down menu will display the Activity options. Select the Meeting option.
4.The Meeting dialog window will display. Enter the Meeting information, then click the OK button.
1.The newly added Meeting can be seen in two locations.
a.The sidebar at right of screen.
b.At the Activity Feed.
