Create a Task for a Service Ticket

1.Start from the screen of the Service Ticket you'd like to create a Task for.

2.Click the Add New button.

3.The drop down menu will display the Activity options. Select the Task option.

4.The Task dialog window will display. Enter the Task information, Click the OK button to save.

5.The newly added Task can be seen in two locations.

a.The sidebar at right of screen.

b.In the Activity Feed.
