Create a Task for an Account

Important: Tasks can be created by two different methods.

 

1.From the WP Button:  

a.Click the WP Button.

b.Click the Task link, the Task Add screen will be displayed.

c.Enter the task information.

i.Select the Sync with Exchange check box to sync this task with Exchange.

d.Click OK to save.  

2.To add a Task from Account screen:

a.Click Add New button at top center of the button row. The drop-down list will display.

b.Click Task. The Task dialog window will display.

c.Enter the Task information.

d.Click OK to save and close.
