1.Click the Settings tab.

2.Click Service from the accordion menu on left side of the screen.

3.Click the Ticket Categories link.

4.Click the Ticket Category you would like to edit. The Category Info screen will display.

5.Edit as Needed. Click the Save button to finish and close.
