Possible Causes

1.This could be a mistake in the log in credentials:

a.Your login credentials for WPCRM are the same credentials that you use to log in to your domain computer, i.e. your Active Directory username and password. Double check your log in credentials with your Network Administrator.

2.The Active Directory account could be locked out:

a.Double check your Active Directory account status with your Network Administrator.

3.. Your WPCRM User account might not be set up:

a. If this is your first time logging in to WPCRM, check with your WPCRM Administrator to ensure your user account is set up.

4.Could be that Cookies and/or JavaScript have not been enabled in the browser:

a.Use the following links for your respective browser to accept cookies:

i.Internet Explorer 10

ii.Internet Explorer 9

iii.Internet Explorer 7 and 8

iv.Mozilla Firefox

v.Google Chrome

vi.Safari

vii.iPad

viii.iPhone

5.If these steps don't resolve the issue, contact your WPCRM Administrator.
