I'm unable to upload images in my marketing campaign

Important: Security changes can only be done by an Administrator.

 

Possible Causes

 

1.This is due to not having been given the correct permission to upload to this specific folder. Note: If you are not an Admin, you will need to get an Admin to make the following change for you.

2.Click the Settings tab.

3.Click Advanced Settings from the accordion menu at left side of the screen.

4.Click the Site Admin link. The Site Admin menu will display.

5.Click the File Manager link. The File Manager screen will display.

6.Click the folder you want to change permissions on in the File Manager tree.

7.Underneath the File Manager tree is the Permissions area.

8.Select the checkbox in the Write to Folder column, to the right of the User Role you would like to give permission to.

9.Click the Update button at the bottom of the screen to complete.
