Accounts consist of customers, prospects, vendors, business partners, or customer subsidiaries. Account information is available to view and edit within WPCRM. Customer accounts are automatically synced with your company’s ERP system, so all relevant information that is entered into the ERP system is available from WPCRM.        

 

The WPCRM Account interface enables users to easily store and find account information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, opportunities, and tasks/activities associated with an account. The account-centricity of the WPCRM database delivers a unified approach to tracking all information and communication activities linked to an account. The sophistication of the WPCRM application allows multiple users within a company to share each other’s contact and account data.
