Contacts are people associated with your Accounts, or individual business associates. Contacts can be optionally synced between WPCRM and your Exchange/Outlook email account, scheduling and messaging systems (e.g. Exchange/Outlook) and/or your smart phone device.

 

The WPCRM Contact interface enables users to easily store and find contact information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, opportunities, and tasks/activities associated with a contact. The contact-centricity of the WPCRM database delivers a unified approach to tracking all information and communication activities linked to a contact. The sophistication of the WPCRM application allows multiple users within a company to share each other’s contact and account data.
