1.Start from the screen of the Service Ticket you'd like to Mark as Closed.
2.There are two ways to Mark a Service Ticket as Closed.
a.Click the Mark as Closed button on the button row of the Service Ticket screen.
i.A confirmation window will display. Click the OK button.
b.Click the Edit button on the button row of the Service Ticket screen.
i.The Service Ticket will display in Edit Mode.
ii.Click the Save button when finished.
3.Once the ticket is closed by either of these two ways, a blue banner saying it is closed will display at the top of the Service Ticket.
