1.Go to you Microsoft Outlook Inbox.
2.Click the WPCRM tab at the Outlook tab row.
3.Click the My Open Tickets buttons.
4.Once the My Open Tickets button has been clicked, a new screen will display with your Open Tickets at the left of that screen.
5.Click the Service Ticket you'd like to view. The Ticket information will display. If you would like to Update the Ticket, you can do so and click the Update Ticket button when finished.
