1.Go to you Microsoft Outlook Inbox.
2.Find the email you'd like to Convert to Service Ticket.
3.Click the WPCRM tab at the Outlook tab row.
4.Click the Convert Email to Ticket button.
5.The Convert Email to Ticket screen will display with the Create New Ticket radio button selected as default. Select the Update Existing Ticket radio button is you'd like to add this email to an Existing Ticket.
a.As you enter the info for the New Ticket more fields will populate until you see the the Submit Ticket button. Click the Submit Ticket button when finished entering the the New Ticket information.
6.If you would rather Update an Existing Ticket with the email, select the Update Existing radio button. Once selected a Quick Search will display. To find the Existing Ticket you want to update, enter Service Ticket number, Subject name of Ticket, name of Ticker owner, Requester Account, Requester Name, or Requester email.
a.Once the Ticket you desire is selected, the Ticket information will then display. Confirm the information, then click the Update Ticket button when finished.
