1.Click the Service tab. The WPCRM Service screen will display.
2.To view the most recently viewed Service Tickets, click the ticket desired from the tickets displayed under the Recently Viewed Service Calls heading on the Service home screen.
3.Service tickets can also be searched for and viewed using the Quick Search at left of the Service home screen. Service tickets can be searched on by typing in ticket number, subject name of ticket, name of ticket owner, requester account, requester name, or requester email.
4.Click the Locate tab to do a more advanced search.
a.Enter the criteria you'd like to use for your search.
i.The Advanced Search gives you the ability to search within the Service Custom Fields.
ii.Click the Search button. Find the Service Ticket in the search results and click the corresponding link. Note: Search options will collapse after the search is complete. Click the Search Options Header Row to modify your previous search options for another search.
