1.Start from the screen of the Service Ticket you'd like to Add a Comment to and/or Send Notifications about.
2.Click the Add Comment in the Ticket Activity section.
3.Once clicked, the Comment text box and the Send Notifications options will display.
4.Add comments as desired.
5.To notify any other users about this comment, you can select the check box next to the Users names that are already associated with the Service ticket, or enter the name of the User/Users you'd like to notify in the Users to notify selection box.
6.Click the Save button to finish.
7.The completed comment will display in the Ticket Activity section and in the Recent Activity feed.
8.The Users who were selected for Notification will be emailed.
