Set up Data-Level Security Access for a User

Important: This feature is only available to Administrators and WPCRM Admins.

 

1.Click the Settings tab.

2.Click System Admin from the accordion menu at left side of the screen.

3.Select the User/Role Access link. The User Settings screen will display.

4.Select the user whose account you'd like to edit from the list on the left. User information screen will display in an editable format.

5.Under the heading Sales Data Security is the Sales Data Access drop-down list.

6.There are four Data-Level Security Access roles:

a.Corporate Sales (This level can see all sales data across entire organization.)

b.Region/Product Group Manager (This level can see all data for specified regions, or product groups.)

c.Account Manager (This level can see data for their assigned accounts.)

d.No Sales Data Access (This level has no data visible.)

7.Select the level desired.

8.Click the Save button.
