Set Up Purpose Codes

Important: This feature is only applicable to certain WPCRM configurations.

 

1.Click the Settings tab.

2.Click System Admin from the accordion menu on left side of the screen.

3.Click the Purpose Codes Admin link.

4.Click the Add New Purpose Code button

5.The New Purpose Code screen will display in the editable format.

6.Enter the name of the Purpose Code.

7.Enter the description of the Purpose Code. When applying a Purpose Code, this description is what will be in the drop-down link.

8.Chose whether you'd like to associate the Purpose Code with Meetings, Tasks, Email Messages, or all three.

9.Click Save when done.
