Important: This feature is only applicable to certain WPCRM configurations.

 

1.Click the Settings tab.

2.Click System Admin from the accordion menu on left side of the screen.

3.Click the Result Codes Admin link.

4.Click the Add New Result Code button

5.The New Result Code screen will display in the editable format.

6.Enter the name of the Result Code.

7.Enter the description of the Result Code. When applying a Result Code, this description is what will be in the drop-down link.

8.Chose whether you'd like to associate the Result Code with Meetings, Tasks, Email Messages, or all three.

9.Click Save when done.
