1.Start from the screen of the Service Ticket you'd like to Take Ownership of.
2.There are two ways to Take Ownership of a call.
a.Click the Take Ownership button on the button row of the Service Ticket screen.
i.A confirmation window will display. Click the OK button.
b.Click the Edit button on the button row of the Service Ticket screen.
i.The Service Ticket will display in Edit Mode. Clear the Assign To selection box, enter your name there.
ii.Click the Save button.
3.On the completion of either one of these two methods you will have Taken Ownership of the Service Ticket.
