Possible Causes

 

1.Your web browser might be out of date. If the web browser is Firefox or Google Chrome, update to the most recent browser version. For Internet Explorer, make sure you have Internet Explorer 8 or higher.

2.If the web browser is Internet Explorer, and you are on Internet Explorer 8 or above, check the compatibility view:

a.In Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10 click the alt key to pull up the browser menu.

b.Click Tools.

c.Select Compatibility View settings.

d.Compatibility View settings will display. Uncheck Display intranet sites in Compatibility View, and Display all websites in Compatibility View. Click the Close button to Save the settings.

i.In Internet Explorer 8 and 10 there is a Compatibility View icon on the right end of the URL, it looks like a document torn in two. Make sure the icon is NOT blue. If the icon is blue, your browser is in Compatibility View. Click the icon (turning it gray) to turn Compatibility View off.
