1.Start from the screen of the Service Ticket you'd like to create a Ticket Action for.

2.Click the Ticket Action button.

3.The drop down menu will display with the ticket actions.

4.Select the Ticket Action desired.

a.If Reassign is clicked  the following dialog window will display. Enter the User's name whom you'd like to assign the Ticket to, them click the OK button.

b.If Copy is clicked the following dialog window will display. Enter the user's name whom you'd like to copy the Ticket to, the click the OK button.

i.The Ticket information being copied will open in a New Ticket tab. Make any changes necessary (if any) to the Ticket, then click the Save button.

c.If Email is selected the following dialog window will display. Enter the email info and click the Send button.
