1.Click the Settings tab.
2.Click Service from the accordion menu on left side of the screen.
3.Click the Ticket Categories link.
4.Click the Add New Category button.
5.The New Category screen will display. Enter in the Category Info desired for your category.
6.Next set the Ticket Defaults for the Subject, Description, and Priority of the ticket as desired.
7.Set the Permissions according to how you'd like the users to be able to interact with the Ticket.
8.Next set the Category Lookup Options to determine how the Ticker will be found.
9. Set whether or not you'd like all the Custom Field for this Ticket to be displayed, or just certain ones.
10. Click the Save button to finish and close.
