1.Click the Settings tab.

2.Click Service from the accordion menu on left side of the screen.

3.Click the Ticket Status Admin link.

4.Click the New Status button.

5.The Status Info screen will display. Enter all relevant info regarding the your new Ticket Status.

6.Click the Save button to finish and close.
