1.Click the Settings tab.
2.Click Service from the accordion menu on left side of the screen.
3.Click the Helpdesk Admin link.
4.Click the New Helpdesk button.
5.The New Helpdesk screen will display. Enter all relevant info regarding the your new New Helpdesk screen
6.Next, set the Helpdesk hours as desired.
7.Set the Default Ticket Assignment.
8.Set and create Tickets Categories
9. Set whether or not you'd like all the Custom Field for this Ticket to be displayed, or just certain ones.
|10. Click the Save button to finish and close.|
