Viewing Sales Data with WPCRM Analytics

Important: Analytics is a very configurable section of WPCRM, and the metrics displayed are unique to each company's needs. The screen shot is an example of a possible configuration.

 

1.Click the Analytics tab. Analytics will display with the Acct Mgr. Summary screen.

2.To view sales Analytics for a specific customer(called Customer Summary):

a.Click the Customer List Tab.

b.Select the customer whose Customer Summary you’d like to view from the list.

i.If on the Customer Summary screen of an Account, and you’d like to view the Customer Summary of different Account, you can enter the Account name in the Account Search text box to pull it up.

Note: If on the screen of an Account whose Customer Summary you’d like to view, click the Analytics button from the button row to be taken to the Account’s Customer Summary screen.

3.To view sales Analytics for a specific vendor(called Vendor Summary):

a.Click the Vendor List Tab.

b.Select the vendor whose Vendor Summary you’d like to view from the list.

i.If on the Vendor Summary screen of an Account, and you’d like to view the Vendor Summary of different Account, you can enter the Account name in the Account Search text box to pull it up.

4.The Dimensions of the sales Analytics can be changed using the filtering tool on the left sidebar.
