Analytics is a systematic methodology that provides contextual Business Intelligence (BI) within the WPCRM system. By drilling into the enormous volume of data in your existing ERP system and other sources, WPCRM Sales Analytics highlights the “actionable” trends that help business users make informed decisions. A large part of Sales Analytics consists of “slicing” historical Sales/Invoice data by various criteria (e.g. Customers, Sales Reps, Regions, Divisions) and providing reports and charts to help users with their customer interactions. Sales Analytics is user/role-based, and a very configurable section of WPCRM, and the metrics displayed there are unique to each company's needs.
